SPOTS
based out of Reno, has been providing The Burning Man Festival with Portable Sanitation Services for the past 10 years.  "The festival has grown considerably since we first became involved" says ScottoBobScotto, SPOTS CEO & Chairman of the Board.

The lawsuit filed by SPOTS maintains that 200 of the 500 Porta Potties rented to BMORG & the Citizens of Black Rock City were damaged beyond repair.  There were also 10 additional units that had been set ablaze during the event.

Inside sources revealed that SPOTS employees were overheard using threatening language to BMORG officials & Playa Citizens during the event, insinuating that SPOTS would pull out of the event and leave BMORG holding the bag with County, State & Federal Sanitation Regulators.

BMORG maintains the damage to the Porta Potties is due to regular wear & tear in the harsh environment of the Black Rock Desert.  BMORG has agreed to pay for the 10 units destroyed by fire.

The Burning Man Festival is held on Bureau of Land Management property (BLM) in the Black Rock Desert, Nevada.

This baron desolate stretch of hard pan alkali dust  is located 120 miles north of Reno, Nevada. The towns of Empire and Gerlach serve as guardians of the desert region.

The 10-year agreement between SPOTS & BMORG expired more than 9 months ago and both parties are anxious to put this all behind them.

BMORG is expected to counter sue.
